You’ll need:

  • 8 Lean Lamb chops
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • 1cm fresh Root Ginger
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Method:

  1. In a large bowl mix together the honey, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chilli flakes and oil. Season.
  2. Place 8 lean lamb cutlets or chops onto a baking tray and brush with the sauce on both sides.
  3. Grill under a moderate heat for 6-8 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with any remaining sauce.
  4. Serve the cutlets with any remaining sauce and stir fried noodles and vegetables.
