You’ll need:

  • 8 Slices of Serrano Ham
  • 200g Yorkshire Blue Cheese
  • 3 Figs
  • 1 Bag of Rocket Leaves
  • A Good Dash of Briannas French Dressing
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • Pecan Nuts (Optional)


  1. Lightly mix the rocket in a little French dressing and divide between two plates or shallow bowls
  2. Cut the blue cheese into 8 pieces and arrange equally on top of each plate of rocket. Try not to be too symmetrical. Twist the Serrano ham and also place on top of the salad
  3. Cut the figs into 4 and place 6 quarters on each salad
  4. Drizzle a little of the balsamic glaze over the top of the salad
  5. To make the salad extra special toast a few pecan halves and sprinkle over the salad
