You’ll need:
- 8 Slices of Serrano Ham
- 200g Yorkshire Blue Cheese
- 3 Figs
- 1 Bag of Rocket Leaves
- A Good Dash of Briannas French Dressing
- Balsamic Glaze
- Pecan Nuts (Optional)
Method:
- Lightly mix the rocket in a little French dressing and divide between two plates or shallow bowls
- Cut the blue cheese into 8 pieces and arrange equally on top of each plate of rocket. Try not to be too symmetrical. Twist the Serrano ham and also place on top of the salad
- Cut the figs into 4 and place 6 quarters on each salad
- Drizzle a little of the balsamic glaze over the top of the salad
- To make the salad extra special toast a few pecan halves and sprinkle over the salad
Wine pairing
