A delicious mix of lean cubes of Yorkshire Lamb Leg, mixed fruit & olives.Coated in a marinade containing Cumin, Oregano & Garlic. Oven cook at 160-180C for a minimum of 1 hour. Best done in a casserole dish with the lid on. Check half way through cooking and top up with stock or even better your favourite booze!
