Wolf Bros of Yorkshire zero waste Limoncello is made using a byproduct of the distilling process and lemon husks used in their bars.

 

What started as an experiment to see if they could re-use whats known as “The Heads” has turned into one of their most loved products.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Wonderful for simply sipping over a few cubes of ice and a lemon twist. For the ultimate summer spritz you have to try the Amalfi Spritz,

 

50ml Wolfe Bros Limoncello

50ml Prosecco

50ml Soda Water

 

Build over ice in a large wine glass and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
