Cote Hill Blue Cheese

Cote Hill Blue is a soft and creamy mild cheese made from cows milk and matured for 3 weeks. The blue veining is produced by adding Penicillium roqueforti to the milk and the cheese is turned and pierced every 3 days to help promote the veining process.

Cote Hill Blue has won Gold Medals at The British Cheese Awards, Nantwich international Cheese show, The Great Yorkshire show and a Great Taste 2 Star Gold.
