Colston Basset Blue Stilton

Colston Basset is a traditional smooth and creamy, rich blue cheese made in Nottinghamshire. It has deep and distinctive flavours from the blue veins which run throughout the cheese. Stilton is best kept refrigerated and wrapped in wax paper, however remove a couple of hours prior to eating to allow the cheese to reach the perfect temperature.
