Tomme de Chevre is made in the Loire Valley. It is a semi-soft cheese made from goat's milk. The cheese has a slightly salty tang and the subtle background flavour of tarragon and white wine that is characteristic of goat's milk cheese.

A real favourite with goats cheese lovers, flavoursome yet light and easily digested.
