Soft/unpasturised. Delice des Cremier cheese comes from the Bourgogne region of France and is a soft cheese made of raw milk. It ripens in cellars for at least three weeks and then continues to ripen for two weeks in the wooden box.
A triple cream cheese that never fails to impress with its rich creamy flavour and fabulous gooey texture.
