All of our beef is sourced from Yorkshire farms, the majority from traditional British breeds such as the Hereford, British White and our own Red Polls.

Choose a size to suit your appetite between 6 and 12 ounces and try this most classic of British steaks with a dry rub of garlic or mustard and then barbecue or grill.
