Guaranteed to be born, bred and raised in Yorkshire, our beef is matured slowly on grassland to give it a superior flavour to the corn-fed variety.

One rib feeds two generously but we can supply your roasting joint in two, four or five-rib formation. A five-rib roast (they don't come any bigger!) is supplied in a muslin bag and makes a beautiful gift for those with big families or lots of friends!
