A lovely crunchy malted wheat loaf with a great texture and a good flavour. We love this bread served warm in chunky wedges accompanied by 2 or 3 flavoursome cheeses such as montgomery cheddar, blacksticks blue and guey brie de meau. It’s lovely when toasted for breakfast too, especially when served with lashings of butter and some local honey.

Why not try malted wheat loaf with cashel blue. It also works with weeton's jam strawberry or bracken hill jam raspberry and rhubarb.
