Made from 100% Tempranillo, the wine is made using the saignee method. After a period of contact with the skins, the juice is run-off and fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14-16 degrees. The nose is intense, aromatic and fruity with notes of raspberry and the palate is fresh and supple with crisp acidity on the finish.
