The cool climates of South Australia's Clare Valley and Victoria's King Valley provide ideal growing conditions for Riesling. The fruit was harvested at night, crushed and chilled pressed on low free run juice yields. The palate has crisp lime and lemon characters with suggestions of peach, dried apricot and pear. The finish smooth and persistent.
