Cider Brandy
Produced from apples grown using natural techniques in Ampleforth orchards and aged in oak barrels for three years, this cider brandy combines traditional monastic skills and modern technology for the highest standards of distillation.
It smells intensely of apples. The taste is completely dry - somewhere between calvados and grappa. At 40% alcohol it should be drunk in small quantities as a digestif.
