It’s too hot to be in the kitchen, so keep recipes simple - we love Asparagus with a fat dollop of Hollandaise, or try it drizzled with a peppery olive oil, black pepper and Parmesan shavings. Salads, Seafood and Smoked Salmon are also perfect partners, but the Asparagus season is tantalisingly short so do make the most of its short but sweet season.
